The headquarters of Yincheng International Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in Nanjing. We have been engaged in property development since 2002 with a track record of more than 18 years.We focus on developing quality residential properties in the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis for customers of all ages. We ranked 90th among the Top 100 Real Estate Developer in China in 2020 according to the Enterprise Research Institute of Development Research Centre of the State Council,Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University and China Index Academy. We have been recognised by the Jiangsu Real Estate Association as one of the top 50 enterprises in the property development industry of Jiangsu Province in terms of comprehensive strength consecutively for 18 years since 2002 and ranked No.1 on such list in 2019. We were awarded “2020 Specialised Chinese Real Estate Enterprise with Excellence in Operation” , “2019 Top 20 Growing Enterprises in China's Real Estate Industry”, and “2019 Quality Chinese Real Estate”. We have also received various awards and recognitions in relation to our property projects, for example, our “Xidi International Community” project was awarded the National Green Building Demonstration Project Awards in 2011, whereas our “Peaceful Paradise”, “Honor Mansion” and “Huihu Yaju” projects were granted with a “National Health Construction Tier-2 Design Recognition” by Chinese Society for Urban Studies  in 2017, 2018 and 2019, respectively. Our “Peaceful Paradise” was also awarded with“Top 10 China Real Estate Residential Project Brand Value” in 2016.Our “Yuan Stream Mansion” received the winner award for Space category in Interior Design of the American Archetecture Master Prize (AMP) for 2019.

The awards are in a recognition of our product quality and our achievements as a property developer. With more than 18 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, we believe that we have developed sophisticated property development capabilities and created a strong brand recognition, which is pivotal for us to maintain our position in our existing markets and to further expand our business in other cities in the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis. As at 30 June 2020, our business covers 46 projects located in ten cities in the PRC, including Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Zhenjiang, Xuzhou, Wenzhou, Hefei, Ma’anshan, and Taizhou, and a land bank with an aggregate GFA of approximately 5.5 million sq.m., out of which the land bank with interests attibutable to the Group amounted to approximately 4.3 million sq.m.. The high-quality land bank laid a solid foundation for our future growth. In 2019, we recorded a total contracted sales and a total contracted GFA of approximately RMB 1,982 million and 1.13 million sq.m., respectively, representing a year-on-year increase of 108% and 125%, respectively.
