Yincheng International is pleased to announce its unaudited operating figures for April 2021.
In April 2021, the aggregated contracted sales of the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, amounted to approximately RMB3.6 billion, and the contracted gross floor area amounted to approximately 166,350 sqm., significantly increased 255.6% and 210.0% YoY respectively the average contracted selling price amounted to approximately RMB21,781 per sqm.
In the first four months of 2021, the Group recorded a aggregated contracted sales of approximately RMB10.0 billion, representing a substantial increase of 321.7%, and a contracted gross floor area of approximately 447,992 sq.m., representing an increase of 264.8%. The average contracted selling price was approximately RMB22,342 per sqm.
The Group has recorded an outstanding sales performance in the first four months. Under the Group’s key market establishment strategy in new first tier cities, Qingshanhupan project 杭州青山湖畔項目 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, Jinglingjiuyuan project in Nanjing 南京金陵玖園 continue to achieve a robust sales performance, the average contracted selling price of Jinglingjiuyuan project was as high as RMB60,273 per sqm. In addition, the newly launched Yunwangfu project in Nanjing 南京雲望府 in end of April, sold out the first batch of all 462 residential properties on the launch day, demonstrated Company’s high quality residential properties were widely recognized by Nanjing market These three projects contributed approximately RMB4.0 billion which accounted approximately 40.2% to the total aggregated contracted sales of the first four months in 2021.
